Minnesota schools are being attacked by the transgender death cult activists, a delusional religious group which is a very real threat to the health of children and a tyrannical force denying our Creator and the the blessings of liberty and freedom we hold dear in this country. The Transgender lobby is throwing their weight around with that bad court decision. The group Gender Justice uses this as their “go to jail” card intimidation tactic to use against school districts. This is typical of tyrants. They lie about the law and then use a bad court ruling to intimidate people. They get a delusional wicked judge to side with them and then try to make the world think that it is ‘justice’. There are bad judges in the world.

(NOR SHOULD IT EVER HAVE INCLUDED SEXUAL ORIENTATION) The conclusion of the Principal is incorrect. That statute does NOT say that “schools are required to allow students to use facilities that align with their gender identity”. He is lying, misleading, or very misinformed .
Subdivision 1.Utilization; benefit or services. It is an unfair discriminatory practice to discriminate in any manner in the full utilization of or benefit from any educational institution, or the services rendered thereby to any person because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, sexual orientation, or disability, or to fail to ensure physical and program access for disabled persons. For purposes of this subdivision, program access includes but is not limited to providing taped texts, interpreters or other methods of making orally delivered materials available, readers in libraries, adapted classroom equipment, and similar auxiliary aids or services. Program access does not include providing attendants, individually prescribed devices, readers for personal use or study, or other devices or services of a personal nature.
We MUST STOP conflating sex, a biological truth that is observable and testable, with gender identity, an individuals asserted mental (psychological) projection of an internal delusional identity in conflict with sex, itself being a false religious belief that one is the opposite sex or no sex or multiple sex, which can change on a whim.
The law must be objective in nature, not subjective. Delusional people are reinterpreting the word ‘sex’ to mean ‘gender identity’ in a great war against our Creator and reality, ultimately affecting our freedom and liberty. Where they can’t do it by law, they do it by executive orders. This is lawlessness, licentiousness run rampant. A real threat to our Republic, and most directly to our children.
